Hey there! Welcome to the world of Relationship Life Coaching. With over 20 years of experience, my passion is helping people like you unlock their true potential and find genuine fulfillment in life.
Before becoming a relationship coach, my own journey was marked by significant challenges and transformations. After having my son, I suffered post-partum depression and was determined to overcome and break the destructive cycles I was brought up in and ultimately redefine who i want to be in life rather than continue being who I wound up being.
My husband and I have been together for twenty years and a decade of that was on the brink of divorce, feeling utterly disconnected. I was determined to create the life I dreamed of for myself and my family. I refused to give up but refused to let thing continue the way they were. I transformed my life using the methodology that I now share with many of my clients.
My husband and I are still together and I am now more madly in love with him than I ever was. My relationship with my son is incredible and I'm bringing him up to be an empowered human being through my commitment to being an authentic, real and positive role model.
I took the leap as an independent and self-employed coach, and it's been an incredible ride ever since. Along the way, diverse experiences have shaped my understanding of human connections, personal growth, and the hurdles we all face.
I've always been incredibly passionate about human interaction, leading me to pursue a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at De Montfort University. But I didn't stop there; I further enriched my abilities with Leadership, Relationships, Finances & Communication Courses to empower folks like you. I've done deep dives into the masculine and feminine energy work as well as the erotic energy space.
